Update 3:30 PM AEST 18th September 2013:
The problems causing email delivery delays have been resolved. The issue was caused by high load on our SMTP service. This resulted in emails being sent out via our SMTP service to arrive at their recipients delayed.
Update 1:30 PM AEST 18th September 2013:
We have identified the cause of the email delays on our Cloud Email Hosting infrastructure and are currently applying modifications to the sever to address the problems. Customers who are affected by this issue should begin seeing a significant decrease in the delivery delays of their incoming and outgoing emails. More updates to follow.

The Netregistry technical service team would like to acknowledge and advise that some customers email accounts are still experiencing significant delays in receiving emails. We are currently investigating this problem and will be posting an update once we have more information available.
