Update 10:00 AM AEST 27th September 2013:

This update is to confirm that the name server synchronisation problem that occurred for some cPanel customers who use the below name servers has been resolved. We ran a script overnight to re-sync the zone records of all customers who were affected by the issue.

We have also identified the cause of the synchronisation problem and have made changes to our systems to ensure the problem does not reoccur. We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused some customers and thank you for your patience.

Update 3:00 PM AEST 26th September 2013:

cPanel customers using the below name servers may have experienced downtime and connection problems due to the name servers going out of sync. The cause of this problem was identified and the issue resolved at 12:00 PM AEST.

  • ns4.ezyreg.com

A similar problem also occurred for cPanel customers using the below name servers. The cause of this problem was also identified and the issue has been resolved for the majority of customers. Another update will be posted once the issue has been resolved for all customers using the below name servers. We apologise for the inconvenience this causes and thank you for your patience.

The Netregistry technical service team would like to acknowledge and advise of a current unscheduled interruption to the below services. The cause of the issue is currently being investigated and further updates will be posted as they become available.
