UPDATE: 20:45 PM 03/06/2013

Whilst our engineers managed to mitigate the initial DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) attack targeting our DNS earlier today, unfortunately it has now resumed and as a result some clients are experiencing service degradation on DNS.

Our Senior Engineers are working on resolving this issue as their highest priority, additional mitigation measures are being put in place and service notifications will continue to be updated as more information becomes available.

We appreciate your ongoing patience as we work to resolve this issue.

The Netregistry technical service team would like to advise customers that we are experiencing continued service degradation with Netregistry DNS Services.

Customers using the following DNS servers may continue to experience connectivity issues.

  • ns1.netregistry.net
  • ns2.netregistry.net
  • brigh.twoplums.com.au
  • mutley.twoplums.com.au
