The vendor of our SiteBuilder software has been able to resolve the problem causing customers to be unable to log into the SiteBuidler admin interface. Customers can now log into SiteBuilder, update their websites and publish their changes.
We apologise for the inconvenience the login problems caused some of our customers.
The Netregistry technical service team would like to acknowledge and advise of a current unscheduled interruption to the below services. The cause of the issue is currently being investigated and further updates will be posted as they become available.

Some customers using our SiteBuilder service may get an error when attempting to log into the application. We have escalated this problem to the vendor of the software and are awaiting updates from them regarding a resolution. This issue does not affect the actual websites which have been published using the SiteBuilder software. The problem is only preventing users from logging into the SiteBuilder admin area, in order to perform further updates to their websites using the SiteBuidler software.
We apologise for the inconvenience this causes and will be posting updates to this notice until the current issues are resolved.
