To all Distribute.IT customers currently experiencing difficulties, we want to help get you back-up and running with one month’s FREE hosting.

Distribute.IT have fallen victim to a malicious hacking attack and as a result their network is still suffering severe failures. As a trusted hosting provider we want to help you get back online and minimise the impact on your business. We understand that you are in a difficult situation and that is why we would like to offer all Distribute.IT customers one month’s FREE no obligation hosting accounts to get you up and running again.

As a gesture of good will, we will provide one month of free 'TPP Reseller Hosting' provisioned by our cloud hosting infrastructure. After one month there will be no obligation to stay and you will be able to transfer your hosting wherever you wish, including back to Distribute.IT.

Our cloud, clustered hosting infrastructure offers the highest level security as it has no single point of failure. What’s more our hosting benefits from an extensive disaster recovery plan which features an off-site recovery location and daily back-ups. Our cloud system is housed at the Global Switch data centre – the largest data centre in the Southern hemisphere, with more advanced levels of redundancy not seen in traditional data centres.

To take up this offer, please call our TPP Reseller Team on 1300 665 491 and we will find the right solution for your business.

How to recover your Domain Name Password

Domain passwords allow you to transfer your .au domains. You can recover your .au password through the auDA password recovery form.

For domains ending in other extensions (.com, .net, .org, .info, .biz, .asia, .mobi, etc) you will need to retrieve your EPP password directly from your current registrar.
